## 🚨 **Safety Regulations** 1. **Life Jackets are Mandatory** All guests must wear life jackets, especially during cruising hours and after sunset. 2. **No Standing or Leaning Overboard** Standing on the edge or leaning outside while the boat is in motion is strictly prohibited for your safety. 3. **Swimming Restrictions** Jumping into the water or swimming is not permitted unless explicitly allowed during designated times under crew supervision. --- ## 🎵 **Behavioral Etiquette** 4. **Quiet Hours Policy** Playing loud music or hosting parties is not allowed after designated quiet hours to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. 5. **Respect the Environment** Throwing any form of waste—plastic, food, or other materials—into the water is strictly prohibited. 6. **Preserve Nature & Wildlife** Any activity that disturbs local wildlife or causes harm to the natural surroundings is not allowed.

Consumption of alcohol may be restricted or prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas, if permitted.

Pet Eligibility: Only well-behaved cats and dogs are permitted on board. Other animals are not allowed. Limit Per Cabin: A maximum of one pet per room/cabin is allowed to maintain comfort and cleanliness. Advance Notification Required: Guests must inform us at the time of booking if they intend to bring a pet. This helps us make the necessary arrangements. Unannounced Pets: Pets not declared in advance may be denied boarding at the discretion of the crew.

Ages 0 – 3 Years: Complimentary. No tour fee is required. Ages 3+ to 7 Years: 50% of the tour fee applies. (Child will share a seat with accompanying parent/guardian.) Ages 7 Years & Above: Full package fee applies, with a reserved seat and all amenities included.

Additional Fee: An extra charge of 3,000 BDT per person will apply for single occupancy. Room Limit: A maximum of one person per room is permitted under this arrangement.
